Shipping Information

Whether treating yourself or someone special your Oh My Gold order will arrive beautifully packaged in a branded gift box.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of being placed. 

We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. Why? Because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. To keep your order safe, we'll deliver to your delivery address only.

FREE Next Day delivery within UK

Express delivery is our fastest delivery service, and is available on all items that are in stock for delivery the following day after the dispatch. You are shown during the checkout whether this option is available for your order. If selected, we'll send your order as a priority so you receive it the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Deliveries to South West England, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland are not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses may be extended by 1 day.

Note: Our Express Delivery service may be affected by sale or seasonal campaigns.

Bank Holiday Deliveries

During Bank Holiday weekends we have no collection & delivery service so we would ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Delays

We always endeavour to deliver your item on time.  In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays.  We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Oh My Gold.

Your order can be collected at our showroom within 7 days of your purchase. Select Pick up in-store option at the checkout. Please have a printed proof of your purchase when collecting your items.
